I probably would have aimed for the amp. first, maybe the power supply.
It's probably a better idea than actually shooting the guy holding the party, but I guess it all comes down to the same thing in the end.
Interesting to see if he gets a custodial sentence.

We have neighbours on one side who party all night (literally) and sleep all day, and on the other side some anally retentive overgardeners who run a wood-chipper, an airgun and various other noisy bits of equipment constantly from 8am (or earlier) on weekends and any holiday.
The party guys have just moved out - they were actually nice people but their weirdly arhythmic music used to drive us crazy!
In a just world these two bad neighbours would have lived next to each other.
